Serbian government adopts several decrees and decisions

The Serbian government adopted at its session today a Bill on voluntary pension funds and pension plans.

The government also adopted the amendments to the Decree on internal organisation and job classification in the ministries and special government organisations and services, in line with the new Law on the government.

The government adopted a Decree on the distribution of funds collected from games of chance, to be used for financing local self-governments.

Amendments to the Decree on the design of the control excise stamp and the procedure of their issuing for marking cigarettes and alcoholic drinks was also adopted.

Information on the activities of the crisis response team for giving aid to the flood-stricken municipalities in central Banat was also adopted.

The government approved a feasibility study of the project called “Works on rehabilitation and prevention after floods of April 2005 in central Banat municipalities through credit lines of the Council of Europe Development Bank”.

The government approved the business programme of the Djerdap National Park public company for 2005, as well as the amendments to the business programme of Jat Airways national carrier for 2005.

The Protocol on the protection of children from abuse and neglect was also approved. The Protocol aims to establish an efficient and coordinated procedure for protection of children from abuse and the provision of adequate response and conditions for a child’s recovery and further safe development.

The government adopted a Decision on the use 3 million dinars from the budget for financing and implementation of the Law on registration of confiscated property.
